Can I use a usb to lan converter to hook a usb ext.hdd up to my wireless router and make it a network drive? - usb to lan converter

I want a WD 80 GB hard drive and a connection (via LAN) to my wireless router, wireless PC can not access it.

There are several devices on the market, you can use a USB device to the wireless router or other Network Attached Storage (NAS). To use a hard drive to your network, you will probably buy a new router or a NAS device with USB ports. None of these devices have to follow the instructions to share the hard drive and its contents. If you copy in a position to data on a NAS drive that does not require a box with hard drive. The Buffalo LinkStation is an example of a device.
