How do you get rid of a constant headache!? - constant headache more condition_symptoms

I am 39 weeks pregnant and have had this constant headache. Tylenol does not help, nor sleep. Who knows how to get rid of it or what causes it? I have no stress, and I am very calm, knowing he can not in the labor market at any time! I just want the headaches away!

Well, when I was pregnant, I have a headache and my husband and my head massage around until I have a feeling and it was great. Thus, a head massage would be great.

Lack of water can cause headaches. I make sure I drink tons of water. Stay hydrated. Many of sleep can cause headaches. Fresh air is always useful. Tylenol. They do not know what else to say. I know that when I was pregnant, and half had the headache of the sinuses, he could do nothing for him. It was long after I had the baby .. Lol that is not likely to help to drink plenty of water.

Rub a little oil of peppermint on your temples and take some Benadryl. I suffer from migraines frequently and if my medication does not work, do not.

In my last months I had frequent sinus headaches. Believe it or not, what could help me. Get Listerine Pocket Pack Strips Regular peppermint. You should stick then on the roof of the mouth, near the mouth and through the nose, as you can breathe. The strong mint really open my sinuses and the pressure caused my headache for a while. May or may not work for you, but it is cheap and will not harm you or try the child. If your headaches are severe, you can get your blood pressure to ensure that not a sign of preeclampsia. And, of course, as everyone says, drinking as much water as you can tolerate. Do not exaggerate, but the increased fluid intake may help your headaches.

Good luck! And brace yourself, it is not much!
