My friend has a piece of land and are interested in starting a farm in Buffalo (about 690 hectares or less). We produce exclusively grass-fed bison, but interested in learning more about the ideal environment / conditions of grazing animals and the cost / maintenance. For example, go as a small cattle and calves?

I can not find much information on the Internet - I will do more research themselves. Can you provide an organization that provides additional information?
